When you optionally connect your Gmail or Outlook account, NextBestMove accesses your emails (read-only) to:

• Extract relationship signals, topics, and action items
• Generate AI-powered summaries and response reminders
• Help you stay on top of follow-ups and appointments

What we access: Email metadata (sender, subject, date) and email content for AI processing.

What we store: AI-generated summaries, extracted action items, and relationship signals. We do not store full email content long-term.

How to disconnect: You can disconnect your email account at any time from Settings → Connections. This revokes our access and your stored email data is deleted within 30 days.

When you optionally connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, NextBestMove accesses:

• Free/busy time blocks only (to calculate your daily capacity)
• We do NOT access event titles, descriptions, attendees, or other event details

How to disconnect: You can disconnect your calendar at any time from Settings → Connections.

How We Use Your Google Data

NextBestMove requests access to specific Google User Data (such as gmail.readonly and calendar.readonly) to provide and improve our core features. This data is used solely to:

• Identify professional relationships based on email interactions.
• Generate AI-powered summaries of recent correspondence ("Email Signals").
• Suggest "Next Best Actions" to help users manage their professional network.

Limited Use Requirements

In accordance with Google's security standards, our application strictly adheres to the following:

• No Advertising: We do not use your Google user data for serving, targeting, or informing advertisements. This includes first-party, third-party, or personalized ads.
• No Data Selling: We never sell your Google user data to third parties.
• Human Review Limits: No humans at NextBestMove will read your Google user data unless:
  • We have obtained your explicit affirmative agreement for specific messages (e.g., for technical support).
  • It is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating a bug or abuse).
  • It is required to comply with applicable law.
  • The data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• Transfer Limits: We only transfer Google user data to third parties (such as our AI processing partners) if necessary to provide or improve the features of NextBestMove. We do not transfer this data for any other purpose.
